Get the vehicle home find out front brakes never replaced, riding metal on metal, they told me they changed the oil, they never did brought it to RAM dealer for its first service to find out that the drivers side engine lifters failed and having the truck 2 weeks and 600 miles that’s insaine! Prestige won’t do anything because “you signed the paper” now I’m 3000.00 in 2 weeks later for engine job. They responded with they assisted with tires? Lmao!! I had to pay 500.00 to get the tires, left me with a 500.00 breakdown bill today due to the tensioner and pull-up and belt!!!! You don’t have a service department you have a dude with swets that changes brakes, it’s been to 2 dodge dealers and 300.00 in diag fees out of pocket to go to professional to get the same response as lifters and cam is gone in the engine!!!! More

Very Bad Experience-Do Not Buy From Them Car need a new key because it was broken and we asked for a second key. My daughter picked up the car which was already running. I called Prestige and they said bring it in they would switch it with another remote and they "ordered" another remote because we asked for 2 keys. Car wouldn't start because the key was not in the remote. I called them they sent the salesperson, Dustin, and someone else. They couldn't get it started either. They're asking for the "brains" of the remote, the computer chip piece. I said that's literally all you gave her it was all taped up in the cardboard thing that they attach to the keys with the vehicle info. No they insist they gave it to us and we are out of luck because the car was running when we got it. I argued with the finance guy but clearly we got scammed. We paid $400 for a new remote and 2 keys. Now I'm panicked that the car will fall apart because of where we bought it. Hopefully not but I'm definitely freaking out. STAY AWAY don't buy from here. Total liars. The quarter panel was sticking out so we asked them to fix it. They literally put a screw ON THE OUTSIDE of the car not underneath. The tires needed air because the light was on. I mean xxx with this place!!!! More

Do not take these guys words for anything. They do not keep their end of the deal. Everything seemed fine so I thought the bad reviews were exaggerated but I was wrong. Responsive Team and Reasonable Prices Needed a car under 6k that was fuel efficient and safe to drive and Prestige took care of it. Bought a 2007 Prius from them last week. I told them I needed everything ready in 5 days and they delivered the car to me in Weymouth on time, as promised along with 3/4 tank of fuel. They were accommodating of payment needs and were very patient with my many many checkup calls. When I test drove the AC wasn't working and they made sure that was fixed. They also took care of the RMV needs and ensured everything was good to go. There are still some minor issues that need resolved however nothing that makes the car unusable or unsafe and at this price honestly that was expected. Thank you prestige team, much appreciated. More
