Overall experience was excellent, far exceeding expectations! We were traveling from out of town when the "check engine" light came and car started running roughly. It was late on Friday aftern expectations! We were traveling from out of town when the "check engine" light came and car started running roughly. It was late on Friday afternoon. I called my home dealer to advise me what to do, they just said to "get it towed". Out of desperation, I then called the nearest Subaru dealer to my location, which was Premier Subaru. Talked on the phone with Mike, who gave a detailed explanation of what might be going on. He talked me through some checks over the phone, which helped me believe it would be safe to drive the car to their location the next day. They couldn't do anything on Friday given the late hour, but assured me they would take care of our problem Saturday, even though there were fully booked with no appointments available. Upon arrival Saturday Dominic took it from there, he was terrific to work with and an excellent communicator. After 4 hours (a much shorter time than expected given the busy Saturday and no appointment) the car was repaired at a very fair price and we were back on the road. I would give Mike, Dominic, and the Premier Subaru team 10 stars were that an option. They deliver the kind of customer-focused individual attention that is getting increasing hard to find these days. Highly recommended, if they weren't 2 hours away I'd make them my permanent "go-to" dealership. More

Matt gave us a tour of the entire Subaru dealership and introduced us to several teams. If you have not seen the inside of this dealership, you are missing out. Several other sales people also checked in on us to make sure that we felt like an extension of the Premier family. I can see why Premier Subaru is the best dealership in Connecticut. My son and I wondered why we saw so many Subarus when we driving through Connecticut on our way home and it has to be Premier Subaru. Keep up the good work Matt, Stephen, and Jack. More
