I had an appointment at 9:00am for an oil change I made it to the dealership around 8:45 at 10:30-11am I ask someone about my car they came out and said they was short handed and my car had a couple of rec it to the dealership around 8:45 at 10:30-11am I ask someone about my car they came out and said they was short handed and my car had a couple of recalls they doing all of that I said ok fine I so by that time I walk outside my car never got in the garage so by 12 I ask again a oh my car he said I know yu been waiting we going to pay for your oil change I said ok my appointment was for 9am he said they had a problem in the garage he going to check to see how long he never once came back to me to tell me how much longer I had so 1:00-1:10 I was out there that was 4 hours for an oil change if they was short handed when he ask me was I staying for there for my oil change he could've told me that it was gone be a minute because they short handed not once did he come to me to let me know how long my car was gone be was I ok More
