I complained about a loud noise from under rear of my car. Service Writer said I would need appointment. A mechanic heard my plea and agreed to put it on the rack to see what was causing the noise. In less than 10 minutes he found the cause and said it was a safety issue and I Should not drive the vehicle until it was repaired.. He made a temporary fix and said I could drive the vehicle in the neighborhood but don’t take it on the highway until the permanent repair was done. Had He not intervened, the service writer would have sent me away with a serious safety issue that could have cause a major breakdown on the highway or worse a bad accident. More
