My previous visits are, Outstanding. My last visit gives me a bad vibe. Thankfully the ASM was there and helped, of course I requested a service manager, why couldn’t the SA reach out My last visit gives me a bad vibe. I was informed that the Oil Change Tech and Certified Tech was pulled from rebuilding an engine to install my tires. Unfortunately, the passenger side rims were scratched, drivers ok. Understanding that I’ve had multiple services including tire rotation and balance with NO issues or scratches. The lack of care this time, I’m seriously thinking about changing dealerships. The service advisors lack of understanding or whiling to work with the customer bad. He needs to learn how to manage perception. NO the customer is NOT always correct, however, learn who to communicate bad news. You tell me to arrive at 315ish and I pull in at 330, my understanding is that I’m within the “ish”, time frame. When I said refund the tires he shrugged his shoulders and said OKAY. I would like to add that the tire ordered DOES NOT look like the low profile sport tire manufacturer installed. I did change from a 245/45 to 275/40, thought would be lower profile, nah. Might as well just drive a base model with the tire they chose. Definitely change the look, I’m 50% satisfied. More
