My car was in the shop for check engine light. I called for updates and got the same answer "is with the tech will call as soon as he sees it ". I told them to pull my car out after 2 weeks of pro I called for updates and got the same answer "is with the tech will call as soon as he sees it ". I told them to pull my car out after 2 weeks of promises and they apparently never worked on the car. When i picked up the car it had 15 miles more and the check engine light wasn't on anymore. I called the service director she promise to call back next day after checking the cameras to see who took my car out, never got a call from her. this place is a joke and to actually get in touch with someone in service you have to call multiple times and they still hang up on you. More

Problem with car not fixed. Was told to drive to see "if happens again." (I was going 65+ when engine died.) That is not an acceptable answer. I when in for a road trip service and got expensive parts that’s knocking making all kind of noise after I got struts and swaybar bushings on the car but they cannot tell me why my car are knocking. I never had the problems with the car that I have now the mechanic obvious is no good and don’t know what he’s doing and I won’t my car the way that I bought it in there. I bought my car in there June 7. I did not get my car back until June 22 time for me to go on my road trip, they did not check the car for the road trip. I had ball head tires on my car and they did not tell me this year until I went to get me some more ties when I found out they could not take the tires off because the locks were stripped the mechanic he did not check my car for a road trip More
