Horrible Told me I’d need to pay for a rental while my broken car was still under warranty. Their “policy” was that after 2 days of the vehicle being broken (e Told me I’d need to pay for a rental while my broken car was still under warranty. Their “policy” was that after 2 days of the vehicle being broken (even if they didn’t get to the vehicle because they were so backed up) the rental was on the customer. When told this I asked to speak to a manager and was told “no one was above him”. I called to talk to the dealership manager Rickey and was asked for a reason why and I told them. Moments later I was redirected to someone else and was told that they’d check with the service manager and have him give me a call. He called me back and told me not to worry about the rental situation and that they’d have my car fixed in a timely manner. More
