Bad Experience I went in for an oil change and was told my vehicle had a recall and was told to schedule to come back. That experience alone wasn’t to pleasant, long I went in for an oil change and was told my vehicle had a recall and was told to schedule to come back. That experience alone wasn’t to pleasant, longer story but it ended up not being what they were telling me at first. I was ok. Then a few days later my check engine light comes on. I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. I haven’t had time to bring my car back, it’s the holidays and I have a newborn. It’s a big inconvenience to have to come back and forth and being without a car with 2 kids, having to work and do other things. I have 2 cars from this dealership, sales experience was awesome. My service experience, I can’t say the same. More

Took too long I had appointment for an early morning on a Tuesday and dropped car off on Monday afternoon. Service department didn’t look at my car at all on the Tu I had appointment for an early morning on a Tuesday and dropped car off on Monday afternoon. Service department didn’t look at my car at all on the Tuesday of appointment Nor did they call me. In fact .... service department did not look at my car until Friday.... They did not call until Friday with any information. Totally unacceptable to not respect the scheduled appointment. Totally unacceptable to not contact client in timely fashion. Totally unacceptable to keep a car a whole week without offering a loaner car. Will NOT use this service department ever again. More

My sales man, Brandon, made sure I got everything I was looking for when I purchased my Challenger and was one of the most laid back car salesman I’ve encountered. The finance manager, Cochise, was amazing he always makes sure I leave with the best deal for me. He works diligently to ensure he is covering all options and the best contract for the customer is achieved.
