This was by far the worst experience with a mechanic let alone a dealership. 3+ weeks with my truck and $1,400 later, my vehicle started having the same exactly problems as before it went into the shop. The fact that I had an electrical problem and they “fixed” it is a complete joke. They said it was fixed and was ready to be picked up. However, they also stated I needed a new battery because it had a dead cell(which was only 3 months old). Told them to take out my battery and brought it to a local battery shop. They charged the battery and was perfectly fine. Brought the battery back to ray Brandt and asked a very simple question, “how do they know the electrical components where the cause when the battery was dead?” Their response was “good question”. Service department is an absolute joke. I figured out the problem with my truck. I am not a mechanic. Once again, terrible experience and will never ever do business there of any sort again. More
