My experience with Premier-Chevrolet was outstanding. My salesman Steve Rudd was so very nice and pleasant. He went over everything in my new car atleast 3 times for me, even as far as to set radio stations and set up my phone on bluetooth. First and foremost, I will start off with this "I will buy from Premier Chevrolet, and ONLY Premier Chevrolet for as long as they are in business!" I was prepared for the worst thinking I was going i will buy from Premier Chevrolet, and ONLY Premier Chevrolet for as long as they are in business!" I was prepared for the worst thinking I was going into the regular "vulture" tactic by 95% of the Dealers out there. With Premier it was the kind of service you dream about. No pressure buying a car you don’t want, no games, just overall GREAT customer service. They made buying a car simple and painless, and did I mention with no pressure?! I had Mr. Rose running around test driving all sorts of different models I was interested in until I found "The One". I kind of felt bad but he was right there, and still wasn’t telling me to get this car or that one. It was all my decision; you know how it should be! The sales reps were very friendly, asking if I needed anything even though they were not the dealer I was working with and were busy. While Mr. Rose was working his magic with prices, I was shooting the breeze with other dealers about just life in general. No one was pushy or lost; everyone was very knowledgeable and organized! Ok they were a little pushy about the coffee, till I gave in, but I guess you can’t pass up a K-cup. To anyone in the market buying a New Chevy vehicle, I say you could go ahead and try your luck with those other dealers out there, but why? You won’t find a better environment like this one!!! They also treat Veterans with Great respect, as a Marine there’s no better feeling then a simple thank you and display of support for what we fight for! Thanks Again to Everyone at Premier!!! P.S.
