When I entered the dealership on Dec.19 I was looking for the a dealership that was going to be the perfect fit for me for the surprise Christmas gift for my husband. I was prepared to shop at several deale the a dealership that was going to be the perfect fit for me for the surprise Christmas gift for my husband. I was prepared to shop at several dealerships if I had to but after spending about an hour with Rick I knew I was where I needed to be. Trying to buy a sport's car without too much knowledge ended up a much more pleasurable experience because of Rick and the staff of Premier. The friendliness of everyone was wonderful. After a long search the right camaro was found in New York. Later that night Rick called my cell phone to let me know the car was being held until I could get there the next morning. The next morning Rick was waiting for me to put the rest of my surprise in order. The car had to be here and ready to be delivered by 3PM on Friday at Mohegan Sun Casino where my husband and I work. I would be joined at the level six elevator by our co-workers with great anticipation of seeing my husband's reaction when he received his Christmas present. The stress of planning a surprise of this magnitude was made easier by having Rick to rely on. When I had concerns about the car being ready by Friday or being at the casino on time I was always reassured by Rick that everything would go perfectly, right down to the CD and the song that I wanted playing when my husband stepped off the elevator, Rick executed everything flawlessly. Was my husband surprised? That would be an understatement. He was absolutely speechless which is something my husband rarely is. This was a once in a lifetime surprise for me to give my husband and surely without Rick it would not have happened. Even when we went back to the dealership to finish up the paperwork everyone including the women that work in the office were great.
