I was in the market for a camaro for quite awhile. Towards the end I was down to two dealerships; Premier and Don Mallon. Don Mallon had all the prices and options that I thought was a dream come true Towards the end I was down to two dealerships; Premier and Don Mallon. Don Mallon had all the prices and options that I thought was a dream come true while Premier simply stated the best they could do. Everytime I went to DM, something increased in the price. They jerked me around so much trying to get me to just say OK that I got fed up and went back to George. Everything was easy dealing with him. There was a slight issue with the finance manager, but the sales manager corrected it right away. The car had a ding and a scratch in it, so after talking to George I had an appointment to get it fixed. The ding looks like it was never there and the scratch was greatly reduced (although a small piece of it remained). In a casual conversation with my brother in law I mentioned how much I enjoyed my experience with Premier. I forgot at the time he was in the market or I would have sent him to see George. He ended up buying a Sonic from you guys about a week later. Would use again so long as the service doesnt change. More

I promptly recieved an e-mail and a follow-up phone call regarding this and I made a visit to the dealership 2 days later. Paul Taylor was my salesman,however,he was assisted by George Rose(my test drive and initial questions). Scott Johnson went the "extra mile" to accomodate my finance needs and made the paperwork experience 'pain-free' and prompt. I was contacted via a phone call around 8:00 pm by Ellis after an elapse of only about 10-15 minutes since the time I had requested a quote from local Chevy dealers online (via Yahoo search engine) . After chatting about what I was looking for Ellis told me of a used pickup on the lot that he thought I would like. We made arrangements for my visit the next day. When I arrived at the dealership I was met at the door by Patric like we were friends and discussed his phone call to my home earlier. We sat down and discussed my preferences of a pickup and we went lot looking at pickups in the lot. When I came across the Chevy pickup (which I ultimately bought)I stopped and said this is what I am looking for. After returning inside Ellis stopped by and told me this was the pickup we discussed the night before. The deal was then discussed and with Brian's input we arrived at an excellent price which we could both live with. My wife and I had bought another new vehicle earlier in the week and by far this was the most enjoyable experience with no stress toward being a GREAT deal. Thank you Premier. More
