From warranty work to new truck sale I stopped in at Premier to look into some service work. The service manager, Daniel, was polite and professional. I told Daniel that instead of waiting on the repairs, I might be interested in purchasing a 2018 Ram to replace my 2014. Daniel introduced me to Mike Cruse and he was what I refer to as "old school" in his sales approach, and that's a good thing! I never felt pressured and even left without purchasing a new vehicle. However, the following day Mike and I worked out some minor details and I left with a new Ram 2500. Mike is very personable and professional, and is good at listening as well as offering his experience and knowledge. I highly recommend Mike and the staff at Premier Autoplex! More

Very Helpful Mike was very helpful throughout my truck buying process. My previous truck began to have issues and I brought it in to be serviced only to realize it Mike was very helpful throughout my truck buying process. My previous truck began to have issues and I brought it in to be serviced only to realize it would be better for me to trade my truck in. Mike was able to get the process started for me while I was still at work. I was able to come in after work and he helped me search across the entire lot at Premier in the cold and rain to find the right truck I was after. Mike was extremely helpful throughout the process and willing to do the work to help me get into the truck I was after. I was on the Chrysler side and bought a Chevrolet and he even brought over Louis Ferguson from the Chevy side of the dealership to make sure he could answer any and all questions I had about my new truck and to give me a more in depth look into all the features of the truck. I really appreciated all their help and had a great experience working with everyone there. More

After working with the internet sales team for a month in back-and-forth price negotiations, the dealership had finally accepted an offer on one of their vehicles. Understanding the great deal of effort that was made to come to this point, we offered to provide a deposit and requested a buyer’s order to secure the offer while my friend and I could arrange travel to the dealership. Suddenly after making that request, all communication from the dealership stopped. When we called to request an update before making the trip out, we were left with calls to voicemail with no response. Finally, the morning we were set to arrive, we received a call that the vehicle was sold and no longer available. It’s clear to me that this dealership has shady business practices and poor communication skills, and I urge anyone in the market for a vehicle to steer as far away from this place as possible. More
