Great Service I had my sun visor replaced. They were quick. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The tech left some dirty marks on my visor. They cleaned it up I had my sun visor replaced. Fast and friendly service I made an appointment for 1:30 to get my oil & filter changed, multi-point inspection and tires rotated. My car was ready within an hour. All the staff, especially Jaenae, were very helpful and friendly. It was time to change the air filter, but they said it didn't need it, so that saved money. More

Unhappy Had my GM vehicle serviced. Picked it up this afternoon. After I paid, Service Advisor informed me that even though I was charged for it, the tire sen Had my GM vehicle serviced. Picked it up this afternoon. After I paid, Service Advisor informed me that even though I was charged for it, the tire sensor was not installed!!! He then proceeded to inform me that I could bring my vehicle back in, once the part arrived or they would refund that portion of the bill. I immediately asked for a refund. Why was the sensor and labor even included on the bill in the first place????? Once I got home, I discovered yet another discrepancy with my bill. Never had an issue when this dealership was Bounds. When I go back to the Service Department to get the billing corrected (for the second time), I will never have an issue with Premier Autoplex. Misrepresentation equals taking my business elsewhere. More
