Our salesman, Miguel Cobian, was very patient, explaining all the features of the Murano and made sure we had a realistic test drive. Miguel listened to what we hoped to accomplish with our trade and was professional in compiling and presenting a deal on the first discussion that was very close to the parameters we asked for. Miguel’s sales manager, Sean Alderman, introduced himself, had a quick discussion with us on the deal he was putting together and THAT WAS IT! Within 15-20 minutes, Sean put together a deal that actually came in under our number and we were sold. I have been invited to things like the recent customer appreciation event at the dealership. Most car dealerships only spend $$ on getting new customers. POWER Nissan put together a catered dinner for customers who have purchased vehicles from them in the past. What a great time interacting with the POWER Nissan "Family". This includes all the employees of the dealership, and customers. Not a high pressure sales event. But a relaxed, fun evening of just hanging out and eating great food. They take care of their customers, which is why I rate POWER Nissan this way. More

Power Nissan held an Owner Appreciation event on 01 February 2013. There was complimentary food (Olive Garden) and other refreshments, One on One Rewards points given out and even a free shoeshine February 2013. My wife and I had a great time chatting with very friendly Power and Nissan personnel who answered all our questions relative to the 2013 Nissan Vehicles. We test drove a Nissan Murano (what a great crossover vehicle) and would have bought one if we hadn't bought a Maxima a few months ago. What the heck, we might still buy one!
