My experience with working with Power Nissan and specifically (Jay Palacio) was absolutely stress free. Great Service from start to finish at this dealership. I began my search for a new vehicle online, and within a matter of minutes I recieved a call from Jay following up on my inquiry. He let me know what they had to offer and I zero'd in one particular car. He said he could have it warmed up and ready to test drive once I came in. I came to the lot and saw it and I was pleased with what I found. Needless to say we got going on all the necessary paperwork which can be a drag but Jay was fun and very friendly we had plenty to talk about to pass the time. I purchased a Nissan, Maxima 19 years ago and have always used their service department. Steve Powers and the service technicians have always kept my car running very well. No need for any unnecessary costs as they fix only what is required to make your car run safely down the road. This December 2012, I traded in my 19 year old Maxima and purchased a 2013 Altima from Jay Palacio, who was very courteous and professional and made the process so simple. Lisa, the finance manager, made the task quick and easy. I look forward to having my new car serviced at Power Nissan with the assistance of Steve Powers and the technician crew as well as Debbie Waters who has over the years saved me money with special savings and now with the awards program. Once we purchased our vehicle, Rick did a wonderful job at showing us where everything was and how to use it. Even though I already knew most of what he showed us, I have never had a car salesman be so thorough before and his efforts are very much appreciated! The rebate we received on our vehicle we purchased was GREAT and we feel very satisfied with the price we paid for our new Nissan Xterra!
