We had recently had our family car totaled and were in need of dependable transportation. Mr. Galvez greeted us and showed us a vehicle, and when we gave him our specific needs, enlisted Mr. Coblan's ass need of dependable transportation. Mr. Galvez greeted us and showed us a vehicle, and when we gave him our specific needs, enlisted Mr. Coblan's assistance for us. Mr. Coblan was very knowledgeable about what was on the lot and which vehicles would best meet our needs. We test drove a PT Cruiser and made an offer. We will refer to Mr. Galvez and Mr. Coblan and the dealership. Thanks! More
Stopped by the Power Nissan dealership so that my boyfriend could look at a used truck. We had already determined that we were not going to purchase a new vehicle, we knew exactly what we wanted and boyfriend could look at a used truck. We had already determined that we were not going to purchase a new vehicle, we knew exactly what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend. We had decided that we were not going to play the back and forth game that typically happens when attempting to purchase a vehicle (needless to say we have had some rather negative experiences with car dealerships and the dishonesty that comes with it). The moment we pulled up we were greeted by one of the most friendly, and extremely helpful sales person ever (Vidal Pena). Instead of buying a used truck from Vidal, we ended up purchasing a 2013 Nissan Frontier. We then came back less than 2 weeks later to have something added to the Frontier. While waiting we began looking at the Pathfinders. Because of our previous experience with Vidal we knew that he was the one we wanted to help us. He knew absolutely everything that there was to know about the 2013 Pathfinders. Every question that I had (and I had many) was answered in great detail. Vidal then suggested we take it for a test drive~from the very moment we sat in the Pathfinder it pretty much confirmed everything that Vidal had said about comfort and style. I ended up trading in my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder for a 2013 Pathfinder. I would not only HIGHLY RECOMMEND Power Nissan, but would suggest that if you stop by Power Nissan that you ask for Vidal Pena. We could not be more pleased with the vehicles that we purchase and the great customer service and honesty that was provided by Vidal Pena. More

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS OR THE LITHIA IN EUGENE - INSTEAD, GO TO THE NISSAN DEALER IN CORVALLIS, OREGON. My experience, if possible, trumped the bad experience I had with Lithia Nissan in Eugene, INSTEAD, GO TO THE NISSAN DEALER IN CORVALLIS, OREGON. My experience, if possible, trumped the bad experience I had with Lithia Nissan in Eugene, Oregon. The salesman I had was Ceasar, who was incredibly nice but overall didn't seem to have his ducks in a row. I initially called after looking around at many car lots and asked if he could get in the exact car I wanted - a white Nissan Note SV with an SL package. He returned my call quickly - he was always great about not wasting my time - and informed me that a manager told him they could get it in. He indicated I should go to the website and fill out an application, which I thought I did that night (the website wasn't exactly clear) that was required for the dealer to get in my car from another dealer. I called the next day and spoke with Michael Carl because he had emailed me, and Ceasar happened to be busy. I explained that I thought I filled out the application for the dealership to get the car and asked if he could let Ceasar know to follow up with me if there was anything they needed before the appointment we scheduled for Monday evening. He said he would tell Ceasar I called and that was that. That was on Saturday morning. An hour or two before my appointment on Monday early evening I got a call from Ceasar telling me I had not filled out the application - that's when i first found out I had only filled out an inquiry - funny Michael didn't relay that) and that I needed to give them my financial information over the phone for a deposit of $100. Not knowing this was normal because I hadn't got this far with any other dealer yet, I thought they were jerking me around, and after going back and forth with the salesperson, I got the number for his manager, Jeff, and called him directly. In speaking with Jeff - when I expressed my frustrated confusion and that I would have been happy to give them my information if it wasn't so last minute (I don't know maybe on Saturday when I had called to follow up, even Monday morning) he indicated that he was sorry it "Isn't working out the way I thought" and that "he has no deal" (translation, I wasn't a customer but a "deal"). His tone and diction was accusatory and when i told him my salesperson did not tell me I needed to give any deposit and that I was told nothing else was needed when I CALLED to follow up on Saturday, he told me then I had to talk to Ceasar. Not wanting to be pawned off onto somebody else when he was the manager, I then questioned whether they functioned as a team there. He indicated that they did, and I pointed out that it didn't seem that way since this entire interaction was evidence that they don't communicate. Overall, throughout the conversation, he interrupted me and everything was my fault - a horrible conversation. The cherry on the top was the "owner", Jason, following up with me who indicated they would "do anything within reason to earn my business back". After giving him a summary of what happened (ugh), wanting the xxxx of it to be over, I said I wanted to know if they could get my car in, and he promised I wouldn't have to fill out the deposit form - that they would just get it. At the end of our conversation, he said he would have my salesperson call me back... By the afternoon the next day when I hadn't heard anything from anyone, I wasn't surprised. My story does have a happy ending - I went to Corvallis with Kiefer Nissan. Granted, I had a horrible baseline to compare them to, but even without being crapped on by Salem I would think it was a great experience - they gave me exactly what I asked for on my really old trade in and the price they threw out over the phone didn't change when I showed up in person. My dream car is being shipped in as I write this this review this morning, and I'll be signing the papers soon... and ending up with exactly what I wanted, thanks to Kiefer and subsequently filling out a rockstar review for them. Ending lesson I hope to give to buyers everywhere - go to Corvallis and buy your Nissan from Kiefer. More

Plus he makes the whole experience great because he doesn't pressure you and he is funny. The whole team at power nissan are nice and really easy going. The general manager will work the numbers so that the car you want is at the price you can afford. The finance people there are great, too. Lisa helped me both times I got a car there. I came to them with no credit at all and they got me financed for 9 thousand. So, if your a first time buyer or someone who needs a new dealer go to power nissan where you know from other consumers like you that you will get treated right and get a great car. More

I'm a single woman buying my first n Power Nissan of Salem and talk to Rick Gilp[n. He offers a no-pressure and highly informative sales experience. I'm a single woman buying my first new car and was worried about being either being pressured into a deal that I would later regret. Rick never even suggested looking at anything that wasn't within my price range, and made me feel completely comfortable spending as much time as it took to make my final decision. He was welcoming and patient throughout all four of my visits and in the end put me in a car that far exceeded my expectations and fit nicely in my budget. He really is a great guy; Lisa guided us through the paperwork quickly and efficiently and gave us an unbeatable interest rate. The customer service doesn't stop there either. Rick spent more than an hour after we signed showing me how to work all the cool bells and whistles that came with my pretty new car. Then he invited me to come back anytime I had any questions about them. I took my new car home yesterday and I just got off the phone with Rick - he called to see if I had any more questions he could answer. Definitely a five - star buying experience. Rick - you rock !!! We went to Power as we are huge Nissan fans. We have purchased 4 new Nissans since 1995. Will was awesome to deal with. We told him what we wanted and he delivered. No hassles and a very pleasurable exp purchased 4 new Nissans since 1995. Will was awesome to deal with. We told him what we wanted and he delivered. No hassles and a very pleasurable experience. My wife detests going through the car buying process and I saw quite a few smiles on her face. Lisa is fantastic with the financial portion and we were in and out in record time. I highly recommend dealing with these folks if you are in the market for a new or used car. This is the place to go and these are the folks to see! Thanks again Will! More
