He was able to answer all my questions and put me at ease on any concerns I had. Greg was amazing! It was the first time I've bought a car by myself and he was able to break down what I was paying for and why into simpler ways for me to understand and was even able to get my payments down a little lower. This was by far the easiest and quickest car buying experience and I was able to drive away in my new car the same day! More

Frustrating Dropped my vehicle off 5-July and it didn’t get looked at till 8-July, the lady that wrote it up I called Monday morning early and she said it would b Dropped my vehicle off 5-July and it didn’t get looked at till 8-July, the lady that wrote it up I called Monday morning early and she said it would be looked at as soon as a Tech got in (sounded like everything else in NM there was only 1 person that does that type of work at a dealership) she said she would call me as soon as she know something so waited till say 11am and called and was transferred to her and it went to voice mail and I asked to be called as soon as she came in because I needed my vehicle by 3:00 that day, called at 12 noon and got the same thing, called at 1 and got the same thing and when I called at 2 I said I wanted to talk to the service manager and he was also out, so I told the receptionist no need making me frustrated I was coming in to get someones attention. I came in and found out they lady had left work for an emergency and no-one told the receptionist. Found out the diagnosis and the cost and you didn’t have a part and I couldn’t get my vehicle back to next day. My last experience at your parts department couldn’t and still can’t find in their books what attaches my gas cap behind my gas door. Just seems like at many places in NM everyone has inexperienced or lazy people working for them. I already have a mechanic shop picked to do all my work on my vehicle and won’t be back. More
