Service is a nightmare I took my explorer in on a Friday at 8am. I was told that if it was any later, my vehicle possibly would not be looked at on Friday, because even thou I took my explorer in on a Friday at 8am. I was told that if it was any later, my vehicle possibly would not be looked at on Friday, because even though you make an appointment, they get to it when they want to. I get a call at 2, telling me my car has not been looked at, and they will not get to it until Saturday. Which, I had tried to avoid. Saturday I get a call telling me they needed to order parts for my vehicle and it will not be in until Tuesday, fine, whatever. Tuesday rolls around and no part, wednesday same story. Finally, Thursday I get a call that the part came in and my SUV will be ready. The RO stated they did a vehicle inspection, checking fluids, air level and such. They billed for it but never did it, because my window fluid light was on when a picked it up. I was offered a rental vehicle on Saturday, but the company they do business with, couldn't figure it out, so I ended up taking my husband to work figuring it would only be a day, which turned out to be 3. I was not offered a loner vehicle until I asked about it on Wednesday. Overall, very unpleasant experience. More
