PERFECT Simple, no pressure, professional I checked on line and it looked like this dealership might have what I was looking for. I made a call and luckily spoke with Joel Purdham on the phon I checked on line and it looked like this dealership might have what I was looking for. I made a call and luckily spoke with Joel Purdham on the phone. Joel went right to work checking to see what they had available that might interest me. There were quite a few so I said I would come over and take a look. When I got there he had three cars that met the criteria, parked right in front of the dealership so I did not have to walk around in the snow and the 10 degree cold. It was perfect. He had all the keys and I checked them all out and then took a test drive in one and that was it. No pressure from him just a lot of information about the cars and any question I asked he was able to answer. I thank the entire staff and especially Joel for making this the best car buying experience ever!! More
