Bill was happy to set up time for us to test drive separately and worked the numbers with us via email and after doing research we knew we got a very good deal. Bill explained to us that we could send some documentation ahead of time to expedite the process because we had no desire to sit around for hours waiting to sign a few forms. We got to the dealership and Bill went back over the car again and true to his word the paperwork process was quick considering how long it normally takes. Kudos to Bill and the manager(I forgot his name) for a great experience and not taking all day to process the paperwork.We look forward to all those free oil changes also! More

Excellent Sales Dept. My wife and I stopped at Portsmouth Kia strictly to look at used Sorrentos. We did entertain some of the used Fords that they had on the lot, however My wife and I stopped at Portsmouth Kia strictly to look at used Sorrentos. We did entertain some of the used Fords that they had on the lot, however they weren't exactly what we were looking for. The one used Sorrento they had was a simple package w/ a fantastic price/mileage. It was a very tough decision between this and another vehicle. Derek (Salesman) realized we were shopping based on vehicle, and then once picked, shopping for price. When we were ready to leave the dealership and go think about things over dinner, he showed us a Sorrento that was on display in the showroom. Now I was the first one to feel "Dude, seriously? We're looking for a used one!" However what he was showing us was the last 2015 model that he had at the dealership that was marked down significantly to the point that it was just above our initial price range. He did this because he realized that this specific vehicle had exactly the options we were looking for with none of the fancy stuff we didn't want. The amount over our budget for a used car COMPLETELY made up for it not only being brand new, but having the factory warranty. He understood that when we buy a vehicle, we intend on using it for its entire service life, and that this was the investment that made the most sense for us. That being said, we were just above our ideal monthly payment. The finance guy (Mike, I think) was able to get me a better APR than my long trusted financial institution, and give me a monthly payment that was below my limit. Derek was very informative and helpful, and knew when to walk away and let us think. We never felt pressured or pushed into something we didn't like. The atmosphere and interactions with all of the staff was fantastic. Highly recommended, and should we need another vehicle we'll be back. More

I can fit my friends and their kids in my car. Car seats are easy to get in and out. I AM NOT A MOM and I can do it. I can camp in my car with a queen size air mattress. It’s safe, reliable, and I haven’t had any problems. I love music. The sound system is amazing. There are a lot of features to this car that make it worth the money. It’s the best car I have owned yet. My ex has a 2012 which he loves! We agree on our Kia’s. We have also owned Kia Soul which was a great car but when we were married we were thinking of a family and turned it in for the Kia Sorento. More

I called to check on price and was told it was $19.95 so I made an appointment within the hour. Aside from the reasonableness of the sticker cost, I was pleasantly surprised when John O'Brien offered me a complimentary car wash...for an inspection sticker! Of course, I said yes. Even more than that, John happily put my plates on after I returned from City Hall with my new registration. Remarkable service. Very unexpected. Very much appreciated. Thank you. More
