Courteous I called to inquire about an accessory and to see if I could use my reward points to pay for it. The person in the parts department was very helpful a I called to inquire about an accessory and to see if I could use my reward points to pay for it. The person in the parts department was very helpful and even had more information when I arrived to pick up the part. The part was ordered and delivered in the same day. I was escorted over to the service dept., by the person I talked to on the phone, where everyone there knew their job, was helpful and friendly. I dealt with the service manager and one service scheduler. Once the rewards points were sorted out, I was escorted back to parts to pick up the accessory. The only negative person was the person at the parts desk when I arrived, who was not the person I talked to on the phone. He was very curt, cut off my sentence, and in general was not very friendly. Used to like it here I made an appointment but was told when I got there that I did not have an appointment. Yes I did. Then was asked "oh, well did you make it online?" I made an appointment but was told when I got there that I did not have an appointment. Yes I did. Then was asked "oh, well did you make it online?" I did but don't they care about online appointments? What does it matter? I wanted to wait for my car but was told that it would be long, so take the shuttle home and call for return ride when car was done. I usually do not like taking their shuttle as they pretty much have to go whenever or wherever they are called. So the actual service took about 3 hours but when I called for the shuttle he was 2 hours out!! I had plans for that day that I could not complete, due to waiting on the shuttle. If I had just waited in the dealership I could have paid for my car and rolled out. Also, I was charged $118 for diagnostic fee AND $39 for brake check. Most places do brake check for free. But if I'm already paying for the diagnostic why charge me extra for brakes!?? The first person who took my car in was lovely. The cashier was ok. The service advisor was ok but when I asked for clarification on the repair recommendations he was not really clear. Overall the service was mediocre. I really hope I never have to go back to Ford. More
Thhought it would be Big Bucks Took my car in for what I thought would be a high dollar repair. As it turned out it was just tires. Had them replaced and my rumble went away.
