Customer service was very rude and condescending with me. Did not provide paperwork for service where I had my son drop the car off. Upon the return home I had a sheet for the inspection, a recall and a receipt for $133. I called to verify they actually completed a service. I received a bit of attitude and things got a little out of control from there. I put the burden on them to admit a small fault and try to remedy the situation and convince me they did more than charge me for the recall, essentially double dipping. I have dealt with many service centers and this center has some serious personnel issues. I am convinced the service was performed but the attitude I received from the front office will keep me from ever returning. More

Took too much time for me to be told that one service could I should have been told sooner that there was a problem performing a wheel balance due to a power outage.
