I met Alex when I first visited Tysons Porsche service department a year ago. I was impressed by his level of knowledge of the brand, professionalism and punctuality. During my wait for the car to be repa department a year ago. I was impressed by his level of knowledge of the brand, professionalism and punctuality. During my wait for the car to be repaired, he took time to explain to me about some maintenance aspects, that are not specified in maintenance manual, and are vital for my car.  In a past year I brought my car to Alex several times. Each time I was provided with a first class service. The service department seems to be pretty busy, however Alex made me feel like I am their only customer.  About a month ago I attended Boxster tech session that was held by Tysons Porsche service department. It was hosted by service director Chad Morrison. That was the most informative tech session I have ever attended. There was no question Chad could not answer. And from talking to him one to one I found that he is down to earth, friendly fella and true Porsche enthusiast. I brought my car for service couple of days ago. Alex greeted me right away. Then 2 minutes later Chad Morrison came up to me to make sure somebody was already helping me. It was busy, and he was out front along with service advisors, helping to receive and park cars. I've owned and still own a few cars of luxury brands, and have never seen a service director helping out front, no matter how long a line was.  While i was waiting for my car to be serviced, Alex checked on me several times to make sure I was doing allright. That day I got to meet mechanics who worked on my car. Both Thomas and AJ are absolute pleasure to talked to. Once again I received a ton of valuable info about my car. And they did a great job too. The car runs much smoother, and it is more responsive. I am 25. I have a strong accent, and I don't speak English well. Every time I visited Tysons Porsche service department I was dressed in cheap clothes, very often with stains on it. To sum up, I don't look like I can afford much. But the whole service department team always treated me like I am there best customer. Recently My father in law hurt his leg, so I started looking for SUV to transport his wheel chair. Mercedes GL was my first choice. But I will be buying a Cayenne with a piece of mind that if it should need mechanical attention, a trip to service department will be a pleasure rather than a struggle. Last year I did not have good experience with Tysons Porsche sales department. I'll visit them again. I hope things have changed since then. More

Peter Kim, my Service advisor, did an excellent job with my initial service issues and rectifying an unexpected issue while car was being serviced. Needed a repair on the convertible top for my Porsche Boxster (2007), which had suddently stopped working. Both of the plastic connectors between the rods and their pins, which are needed for the top to Boxster (2007), which had suddently stopped working.
