I negotiated to buy a new Porsche from this dealership. The salesman told me that loaners would be available when my car was in for service. I put this in the preliminary paperwork. I showed up to pick up my new Porsche checkbook in hand and asked the salesman to write in the contract the loaner policy. He told me the policy had just changed and the loaner was only available for the first day of service. We told him we thought the company was acting in bad faith. I went home without a new car. I am still puzzled because the cost of the loaners during my ownership had to be less than the cost of the after market items they had put in for me. More
