It was a pleasure to work with Scott Brown, my salesman for my factory-ordered Cayman. He was friendly, responsive to my wants and needs for a new Porsche (my first), and most importantly relaxed and low k for my factory-ordered Cayman. Both he and Porsche of Tysons Corner are to be complimented for giving me a memorable purchasing experience for a world-class sports car. I can highly recommend both to other new buyers without hesitation. Having said all this, however, I did have a few minor issues with my new Cayman when it was delivered. There was a thin strip of adhesive residue on the roof near the windshield (I would guess from an in-transit windshield protector) that I was able to remove with Honda Spray Cleaner & Polish. In the rear luggage area, there were fingerprint smudges on the silver finish pieces for the engine cover and around the service flap, which I also removed using the Honda cleaner. Other than that, my Cayman seems to have been well prepped for delivery. More

after a poorly done telephone customer contact from the Mercedes Benz side, I was lucky that Scott Brown was who I spoke to next. A 2 1/2 hour drive and when asked for, Scott very rapidly appeared and took us through the vehicles which brought us to Tysons Corner. Luckily, one of them fit the bill, and Scott completed all that was needed for us to buy the Porsche.Most amazingly, the great level of customer service seemed to extend to the entire staff- since over on the Audi side, one of the salespeople was kind enought to get our dog a cup of water...That's above and beyond! Great service from one and all,( except the Benz guy) will buy there again as needs arise! More

When I was ready to ask questions he made himself available and provided all of the information I needed. He was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted and even provided useful information regarding insurance and financing. This car buying experience was unlike my other experiences in that I enjoyed it from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Porsche of Tyson for anyone who is in the market. And don't forget to ask for Abe! His professionalism and friendliness will make your car buying experience very pleasant and fun. More

In my search for a Porsche Cayman, I visited Porsche of Tysons Corner several times. They answered my many questions, discussed pros and cons of the choices available to me, and even tried to help obtain a car I had found and was interested in, at another (distant) dealer. In the end, I bought a car from some 700 miles away, because it had the features I wanted, but Mr. Nejadi, rather than being petulant, was exuberant that I was happy and offered to introduce me to his service manager so that they could help me with any issues that might arise. In every respect, this dealership was a class act. More

Went in with a fault light, Alex helped me identify it as a cornering light within the complex headlight assembly, I bought the bulb and Alex helped me install it on the spot.
