I have lived in 4 different states across country and my Porsche (7 years old) ha if s been with me in each. I have never been to a better dealership than Porsche of Tysons Corner (PTC). As mentioned I have lived in 4 different states so I have been to a number of dealships and none come close to Porsche of Tysons Corner and Peter Kim (who I work with at Porsche of Tysons Corner) is far and away the best representative I have worked with. I would say that the biggest reason PTC has been the best (and in my opinion would be the best if I ever moved again :-)) is they keep it simple and use common sense when it comes to customer service. For example, Peter always gets me a free rental whenever I take my car in for servicing for any length of time. The best such policy I had anywhere else was a free rental for x number of hours (where x was a really small number) and then afterward if the car was not ready a shuttle service was offered or if I kept the rental there would be an hourly charge (usually very high) and it was a bait move becaus if you take a rental you probably are not going to go back to the dealership to have the shuttle take you back particularly during work days. Also, another example of the aforementioned customer service is that I have not been "oversold" once in my experience there. Dealerships are notorious for trying to persuade you to believe you have 8 millions things wrong with your car just to charge you more when you have nothing wrong with your car. No such thing happens here and not with Peter. All around, very good experience working with Peter and PTC!! if you have a Porche or any other vehicle which Penske Automotive (parent company of PTC)services/sells then Peter Kim is the person to see! I have purchased and taken in for service many cars in the past but my best experience has been with Porsche of Tysons Corner.
