Before I knew it, I was in the office signing. The finance process is always the most boring and deadful part of buying a car, but Brian had me financed and signed up in 20 minutes. The best part of this deal was that only a fraction of time was spent negotiating and doing paperwork, and the majority of time I was having fun talking and joking with the crew. The techs, particularly Pierre, use extreme care in handling your car to correct problems with which it arrived, rather than give you new ones when you leave. If you mention something once that needs attention to avoid damage, it is remembered on future visits. If there are cosmetic defects or damage that most people would either ignore or not notice in the first instance, there is no argument offered when replacement is required and cheerfully performed. Indeed, it is generally not like going to your typical car dealer. Not only are the techs first rate, but the facility, one of many owned by Roger Penske, is immaculate in and out. The "shop" presents almost as if it is a front for service due to its cleanliness. One necessarily wonders, "Where do they work on the cars?" The sales staff, from top flight manager Jim Elefantis, to ace sales professionals Bill Blevins, Pat Driscoll, Jamie Reed and Rick Schatz, are low key but know their stuff and are exceptionally helpful. Even well after purchase and delivery, there is repeated follow up to insure satisfaction or if you have any questions, given the high tech level of the car's electronics. There is a collegial working environment among the sales team where one, not your sales person, will gladly provide customer specific information for you. It is unlike dealing with virtually all car dealers, including other Porsche dealers beyond the Washington, DC area, and particularly Walters Porshe hof Riverside, CA. Highly recommended to buy and service your "no substitute" car. More
