If customer service can be called by another name it must be "Pat Driscoll", my sales agent at HBL Porsche of Tysons. He is without a doubt the best sales person in the dealership. Bijan Nejadi was great! My husband and I traveled from West Virginia to purchase a used Boxster for our soon to be 16 year old daughter. Transaction went extremely well and was mostly handled over the internet and phone. I called Bijan and told him that we would be arriving around 2:30 pm on Saturday. He was waiting outside of the dearlership with the keys and had had the car cleaned and detailed for us. We were in and out of the dearlership in less than two hours, would have been a lot less, but their server had gone down. Bijan was very friendly, professional and fielded all of our questions and conerns in a very knowledgeable way. My husband and I will definitely be returning for our daughter's highschool graduation gift. Thank you again Bijan! Our daughter lovers her Boxster! More

The rating below covers new, used, and service experiences. Porsche of Tyson's needs a "cultural" overhaul. I have bought 4 Porsche', and 3 Mercedes, regretfully. The sales personnel prejudge b experiences. Porsche of Tyson's needs a "cultural" overhaul. I have bought 4 Porsche', and 3 Mercedes, regretfully. The sales personnel prejudge buyers, are distracted, short sighted, and 'now' focused. They qualify and dismiss prospects based on immediate sales vs. long term relationships and customer value. One long time sales rep. collects most of the dealership sales collateral and incentives (posters, etc.-meant for children and customers), and sells it on his dedicated e-bay site I know first hand because I bought from him! No one smiles when you walk in the showroom. Furtive glances are exchanged among sales reps. as they size up the "mark". Thees guys lack passion about their product. No customer needs assessment is conducted. A lack of knowledge about their competition is glaringly apparent. Prices are generally good to very good on pre-owned vehicles, as a buyer. Do not consider trading in your vehicle- you will only get FAIR trade-in value at best,regardless of Kelly blue book ratings, market demand, service records and ultra low miles. At worst you'll receive Mannheim auction prices- black book pricing or "phone call" pricing. Service Department: professional, prompt, efficient, meets / exceeds self- imposed deadlines. Otherwise lacks soul, and passion about the cars and their work. Expensive. Twice as expensive as two independents across the block. Overall, better piece of mind and value across the street. Parts Department: grumpy, slow, and seemingly perennially "hung over" or de-caffeinated. As for the optional question below- I've been asked by salesmen at Tyson's Porsche and Mercedes to rank them w/ 10+'s. One rep. that I rated poorly (Tyson's Mercedes)for integrity (bait and switch pricing provided in his own hand writing which he later denied). He called me at home when the survey came out and said "if you were anyone else, you would have got a better price". I also rated this guy 10's in all categories other than ethics.
