Since last year, I have been into the dealership for routine maintenance and to install a sport exhaust on the car. I also ordered a car cover and luggage compartment bin from the parts department. All professional, all excellent. I just placed an order for another car with Pat. I came into the dealership and he spent hours helping me to get the configuration that was right for me. Finally, having the dealership on the Metro line is fantastic. I can drop the car off for service and jump on the Metro for work. It's a great location next to the Dulles Thruway, too. I think the general manager at this dealership has a great team. You should always consider them. More

Somehow Porsche of Tysons has successfully created this environment for its staff. To see the same faces over the past six years as a customer makes my experience more enjoyable. I trust the staff. They listen and genuinely want to help me. After 29 years of Porsche ownership I consider the staff Porsche friends. In particular I would like to highlight Chad Morrison, A.J. Payne and Jin Chong. Together, they make a terrific team. I’m very grateful that Chad and Jin allow me to interact with A.J. It’s not often that a dealership/service center allows the customer to interact with the mechanic. As a weekend mechanic myself, A.J. helps me understand the more technical issues that arise with my car. This interaction also makes me feel more comfortable with my repairs. Often owners seek an independent dealer once their warranty expires. Not me. Maybe I might pay a little more in an hourly rate for service, but the experience and trust of the staff are worth it. It’s the relationship that counts. After all, I still work with my mechanic of 28 years on my early 911. I look forward to working with Porsche of Tysons for many years to come because of the staff and environment. More

Wont stand behind the Porsche product I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this particular Porsche dealer! It began with their attempts to up-sale services that my vehicle did not I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this particular Porsche dealer! It began with their attempts to up-sale services that my vehicle did not even need. Once they found out I had a warranty they tried to back-track and tell me my vehicle didn't need the repairs. Then, they gave me a below average loaner vehicle while my Porsche Panamera was being serviced. After my bad experiences, I left a review on the Porsche of Tysons facebook page, hopeful that it would reach the management and that my experience would be better the next time however, when I went for the next scheduled service, they refused to work on my vehicle until I replaced my bad review with a good one. The general manager conducted herself as if she was working at your neighborhood Mcdonalds! I feel that this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional for a Porsche dealer to conduct business on this level. I hope this review is read by many and helps potential Porsche customers not make the same mistake I made. I am now dealing with the inconvenience of having to travel to a farther dealership to deal with Porsche representatives who can conduct business professionally! More

Ask for Amir! I visited two other dealerships one at Mercedes and one at Jaguar and of all three, Amir was by far the best sales rep. He was professional, he knew I visited two other dealerships one at Mercedes and one at Jaguar and of all three, Amir was by far the best sales rep. He was professional, he knew the brand of Porsche, he took his time and explained all of the intricate details of the Cayenne and at the end of the day made my decision to buy a Porsche an easy one. Fernando was also excellent in the business department. I highly recommend this dealership. More
