The staff has always been excellent and I can hop on the Silver Line Metro a few steps from the dealership (which allows me to take advantage of a 10% service discount). For those in the area who have tried different Porsche Service Centers, the best used to be Tysons, and we'd drive farther to avoid Porsche Arlington and Porsche Bethesda (formerly Rockville). Now Tysons is like Arlington used to be. You will be charged more than expected, your repair will take longer than expected, and you will need to bring your car back for more service. Then, they will send you 3 emails and call you pressuring you to give them a good review with Porsche Cars NA. If you have too much time, money, and don't mind them doing unnecessary work on your car, go here. More

He gave me daily updates about where the car was in transit to the dealership and even took a video of the car so that I could see everything about it.
