Louie was terrific. I had to wait in the lounge area but nobody approached to ask if I needed anything, offer me water or coffee even though there is a really nice look I had to wait in the lounge area but nobody approached to ask if I needed anything, offer me water or coffee even though there is a really nice looking coffee bar etc, available.
