Service was excellent and even though the procedure was complicated, and the first for this dealership, everything works just fine. All done under warranty and in a couple of work days. The only negative with the experience was that when my car was returned to me the "service Required" light was on. Robben explained that since I did not have the recommended four year service, my car has only 10,000 miles on it, Porsche will not allow the light to be reset. My dissatisfaction is not with the dealer but with the Porsche policy. More
