Rodney explained to me what was included in the service and we discussed any additional services I may request. There isn't any problem with leaving the car with them as I have other transportation available while in Birmingham. The car servicing was performed in the anticipated time frame and the drive home was like being in a new car. My experiences with the sales and service folks is always a pleasant experience.
