He led me to the car - which was everything that I'd hoped for, we took a drive and my mind was made up. Nick was a pleasure to work with. There was no pressure. His main concern was that I was happy with the car and it had everything that I was looking for. As a car enthusiast, Nick understands that when a person is purchasing a car they want it to be perfect. Settling for a car that has 'almost everything', just will not do. This was truly appreciated! I was purchasing a preowned car, and was introduced to Doug Mathewson. He had sold the car to the original owner, who cared for the car meticulously. It was a comfort to know that the car had been purchased and maintained through the same dealership. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of the sale. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the car, and made the transaction extremely pleasant and continued to follow up with me afterward. I cannot say enough good things about Nick and my experience with all of the staff of Flemington Audi. I highly recommend both! Even though the dealership is over 2 hours from where I live, it was very much worth the trip to receive such professional and personal attention. I am spreading the word and will be back again. John was extremely responsive no matter what time or day it was, promptly replied to all my emails and even answered my numerous annoying questions, up until the very end when we showed up at the dealer to drive the car home. Super kind of them to pick us up from Amtrak Trenton for the transfer to their dealer. Thank you Jimmy! We also had the pleasure of working with Jon Budd in the Finance Dept and the length these guys go out of their way to accommodate our needs, I was just amazed since this was like first class treatment.
