Loved working with this dealership I went to this dealership after visiting another more local dealership. John R. stayed late and did not rush showing me all the bells and whistles (even though the dealership had closed). Great customer service and accomodation I was in the market for a new car, and Audi was my last stop for a test drive. Great outcome. On July 29th, I was at the Jersey shore in a torrential downpour and needed to leave very early to catch a 5:30 AM flight. I started to make my way an On July 29th, I was at the Jersey shore in a torrential downpour and needed to leave very early to catch a 5:30 AM flight. I started to make my way and within just 30 seconds my car was submerged in two feet of standing water. Salt water. It would be the last I would see of my two door Mercedes in that it was deemed a total loss. I knew I had to act quickly and proceeded to evaluate several vehicles. I had owned BMW's and Mercedes in the past but I had never owned an Audi. I did, however, know many people who are Audi owners and very satisfied. Fortunately, I reached out to Audi in Flemington, NJ and was connected with Sue DePasque. Sue recognized and understood my sense of urgency and my immediate need. I was dealing with my insurance company, transporting my car to my former dealership and attempting to purchase a new car, unexpectedly, all at the same time. Sue demonstrated great patience, professionalism and explained to me the differences between the various styles and models and proceeded to locate the perfect Audi A4 for me. With Sue's help and guidance, I purchased of one of the nicest vehicles I have ever owned. Most importantly, she did it with a smile, all the while alleviating all of my concerns. After the pickup of my 2016 Audi, 5500miles on the odometer, I left it in the driveway awaiting my license plates...the only miles I put on my vehicle were the ride fr of my 2016 Audi, 5500miles on the odometer, I left it in the driveway awaiting my license plates...the only miles I put on my vehicle were the ride from NJ to NY. When I finally received my plates, i noticed one or 2 screws on my rear plate were stripped...not the end of the world, but an annoyance. On my way to get the vehicle inspected, I noticed my Sirius Radio not working. After I spent an hour with them on the phone, sending and resending signals, a notification popped up saying "ANTENNA A TECHNICAL PROBLEM OCCURRED...PLEASE CONTACT YOUR AUDI DEALER"...I did. What I am really not happy with is the fact I have to wait almost 2 weeks for an appointment on a car that was just picked up. I have owned 3 Lexus vehicles...anytime I required a service, they would ask me "when do you want to come in"...my choice and they always accommodated me. So far, I am not happy..I did some research, and it appears this will be a pretty big job, requiring some removal of the headliner, a new antenna, paint, etc...I guess this may be a long service requiring me to go back and forth to the dealer a few times...I will keep you all posted...not happy with Audi service at all nor the quality of the vehicle purchased. ****UPDATE**** Flemington Audi really went out of their way to make me a happy customer once again. They were kind enough to deliver a loaner, Audi A4, to my home and pick up my Audi A3. Although the repair took a while, the service manager Chris and Christina kept me informed along the way. Not only did they deliver my car back to me, the detailed it again making it look as if I just picked up a new car. Thank you once again for the terrific service. I admit I am a hard person to please, but you did so with great care. I will keep all informed of any updates...lets hope there are none! More

Negotiated OVER THE PHONE for a vehicle they had in stock, agreed to a fair price, and picked the car up a few hours later. Chris is about as easy going, and as nice a guy as you can find in the car business. Shout out to Jon Budd in finance as well. If you care to deal with straight ahead, nice guys, its worth visiting Flemington. Absolutely pleasant car buying experience. More
