I can't say anything but good things about this dealership. I inquired about a new vehicle and was promptly responded to by Nancy. I explained that I was searching around but was not ready to come dealership. I inquired about a new vehicle and was promptly responded to by Nancy. I explained that I was searching around but was not ready to come in any time soon to purchase, since I was a current nursing student with a busy schedule. She was respectful and kept me updated on the vehicle I was interested in. I had spare time one day and came in to see the vehicle I was interested in in person, and was able to test drive it. (I am about an hour away) Doug was great and I explained my situation to him too. He was able to run numbers for me and I went about my way. I was very pleased with the numbers, and thought long and hard about my decision. I went back a couple days later and purchased the vehicle. This place doesn't give you your typical car dealership vibe, and everyone was very friendly, respectful and answered every question I had (even my persistent annoying emails) Thank you Nancy, Doug and John for an amazing experience in purchasing my first brand new vehicle!
