I was thoroughly impressed from my initial contact through the purchase - I thought I had finally found a dealership that was honest, up front and the best price around. Afterwards, without any word from them, I discovered the underhanded way they added 3 months to the financing - without one word to me. Plus, not return calls from several messages left about the situation. More

I hadn’t decided whether to buy or lease and my salesperson listed the pros and cons, financial and otherwise, to facilitate my decision. I wanted a particular color and the dealership was able to locate the exact color and model in less than 24 hours. My salesperson was competent, genuine and caring. He took a great deal of time to show me the many features of my car. It was a quick and stress free experience. I really like my new car. More

After determining it was more cost effective to upgrade to a newer model, your staff was very proactive in finding me the car that fit my needs, price range and package that I wanted. I was in and out in about 3 hours total time from the time I returned to the dealership after running some other errands and was pleased with how well the salesman assisted in getting my bluelink service cancelled on my previous car since my new car came with 3 years of service free and assisted in having my xm radio service switched over. Your finance staff was also a blessing in recommending a package that would protect my new asset since I was a little upside down on the purchase due to high mileage on my trade in without going much over the pricerange I wanted to stay in. As always your staff made the entire process seamless without feeling pressured in any way. More

The post purchase follow up hasn't been the greatest as I was told I love the Tuscon and I appreciate that the dealer got me the color combo I wanted. The post purchase follow up hasn't been the greatest as I was told parts would be ordered to replace some scratched panels on the car. I have had to reach out to my sales rep to ask what's going on with getting the parts. I was told "We are waiting on the parts department". I haven't heard anything since. More
