Upon meeting my salesman Jay at Hyundai, I was greeted by a rush of salespeople bumping in to each other as if I was "fresh meat." At this point I had already known that this would be your typical bad experience.... The salesperson had no knowledge of the product he was showing, was loud, rude, and upon asking him ANYTHING, would just blankly stare at me for a few seconds until finally coming up with something that sounded best. I will never visit this dealership again due to the level of professionalism, the only person that knew anything was the manager, and even him by this point couldn't save it. More

Excellent follow through I purchased a used Genesis in early January 2016. There were a few things I asked for - a punch list if you will. A couple of things happened in my life that caused me to not come back to Pohanka for over 3 months. When I showed up, both the sales and maintenance managers were rock stars. I was very apprehensive about buying a new car and did not want to go through all the haggling that normally comes with buying a new car. This dealer had serviced our former car and so we went there first, but they were very good to ask us what we were looking for, showed us only cars that would meet our needs, and when it became apparent that we wanted to buy a Santa Fe that had a lot of bells and whistles and did not want to take out a mortgage to pay for it, they worked with us and got our payments to the range we had in mind. Overall, a very good experience....and we Love the car. More
