Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg responded

Customer had issues with the tires that came on his new car. We offered some attempts at solutions that the customer did not take us up on. In this case, We would have had to pay the cost of switching tires that already performed as designed or pay more than his new car would be worth to assist him with a trade in to prevent the customer from posting a bad review. I'm not there yet where I am willing to throw money at a situation out of our control to get a survey score. It would be only fair if at some time in the future there is a "Customer Rater" website.
