Our first purchase was a pre-owned Accord, which we've now had serviced twice at Pohanka. The guys in the customer service department are great too, knowledgable and, in fact, our first service came in priced below what we were originally quoted, which was a nice surprise. They really go the extra mile to make your purchase look great, they meticulously detailed our pre-owned Accord and it really felt like brand new even though it is a slightly older car. It's also nice that they offer a free car wash with each visit. I'm thrilled with our new car, a CR-V, and I have already recommended this dealership to friends and family, they don't disappoint. The next morning when we arrived at Pohanka our CR-V was out front of the show room all cleaned and gassed up ready to go as promised. From here we dealt with Maureen Summerill as Sandy had a prior committment. Maureen was most helpful and knows her job very well that's for sure. Her professionalism, friendly manner and easy disposition made my wife feel quite comfortable as the CR-V was actually not the color she wanted nor did she want the Navigational System & GPS. But Maureen was a trooper and pretty soon my wife wouldn't let go of that car. Our total visit at Pohanka was less than 3 hours with no real wasted time. Everyone there treated us like family and the professionalism shown by each employee was overwhelming. This was our first experience at Pohanka as we had always dealt in Woodbridge but our dealer really let us down.
