Well from the beginning, the car we came to look at just sold. So Steve asked if we thought about a new or 2011 Pilot. We didnt think we could afford that so we talked and did a test drive. So we left and the next day his sales manager Francise called with no pressure just asked what we were thinking, and I told him which Pilot I wanted and the payments to be at, he said he would work on it. Called me back and we got it done, I went in did the paperwork. I had to go to work, and this is were Steve and Pohanka went out of there way to give 100%. Since I had to go to work Steve drove are brand new Pilot EX-L to my wife and showed her all the features on it. The satisfaction I have for Pohonka I truly believe i will buy my next car for them. My wife and kids love the new car and I am truly glad we came in that day. So Thank you Steve, and everyone at Pohanka. More

Dealership was very clean and the salesman I worked with (Greg Dean) was very knowledgeable, and very kind and compassionate. He understood what I was needed I needed in a new car. As a matter of fact I was at a Ford Dealership in the area looking at Escapes the week prior to buying my Honda, and I loved the car, but the sales person totally turned me off to it when he kept practically begging me to trade in my "paid off 2011 Subaru Tribeca". Anyway, I would recommend anyone, family, friend, stranger to do business with Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg, Greg Dean, and Sean Sovie. I would also like to add that the Finance Manager, Sean Sovie was awesome as well. He helped me out and explained everything to me thoroughly. I'm a college student; needed a "new" car within a certain budget. I went to Rosner Toyota, and was shown great cars, all out of my price range; not to mention the customer serive was lacking within a certain budget. Anywho, ended up at Pohanka; met Greg D, and imiedatly I felt welcome, at home and at peace. I looked at 2 cars, both of which fit my style and most importanlty, my budget!After a short test drive, I was sold. Greg walked my through the whole process. I mean this "old school G" - his words :) - really took the time to not only question my questions, but to show me every nook and cranny of my 'baby'. I never felt imtimidated, nor rushed (take a note Rosner) and had we had more time, I'm certian this man would've cooked us a home cooked meal! The car, oh my baby, is a beast! And the price was more than reasonable. I'm telling you people, Pohanka is willing to work with you! Then came the Financing, easy peasy; Micheal (ahem...Mr. Russell) was a great help. He was quick, but through; took the time to show me what I was signing, but didn't waste time reading every page aloud. The whole process (from arriving at the dealership to the time I drove off the lot) took less than 2 hours; oh and that included resgistration, titles, lisensce plates and everything else normally done through the DMV. Bottom line: If you're looking for a great car, for a great price, to STRAIGHT TO POHANKA Honda in Fredericksburg, VA!! The entire team at Pohanka Honda of Fredricksburg was amazing. I was the recipient of the 2011 Susan G. Komen Happiness is Finding a cure raffle at Kings Dominion. The Prize given was a 2011 Honda Civic which was provided by Pohanka Honda. I received the call that I won on Aug 22nd and since then I've been ecstatic about the car. I was so happy that I lost my voice for a whole week. When I called the dealer was greeted and congratulated by Greg Altman. He was very professional and polite. We arranged a day and time for me to come in and every two days he would call me and remind me about the ceremony. i was planning to bring my mother, brother and one of my co-workers but i ended up only bringing my brother. When I arrived after a 2 1/2 hr 135 mile drive from Norfolk,I was greeted in the parking lot by one of the sales associate( i sad that i cannot remember her name but she was awesome too). I explained to her who I was and she took right inside to the Anthony Alston, who immediately showed me to my car which was sitting in the middle of the show room with my name one it. I was hiding behind my brother (he is taller than me) the whole time because everyone was staring at me and congratulating me as I walked closer to my new car. I was then introduced to Greg Altman who then introduced me to the lady's from the Susan G. Komen office of Richmond (Again i apologize but i cannot remember there name either). Then I was introduced to the rest of the staff at Pohanka. We took pictures, videos,and then was presented the keys for my car. While they prepared my car for me to take home we were toured around the facilities and were allowed to eat and drink. Long story cut short the management staff and sales staff was amazing and I appreciate everything they did for me. Even as I left they were awesome by showing me how to work the car. More
