However, when they went in to perform the work under the warranty did they do the alignment? No. If I walked in there however and paid for it, I'm sure they would had charged me for it. In my opinion, the service rep was trying to take advantage of me because I was a woman and he thought he could get away with it. I will not be returning to this dealership in the future. More
