Went to this Dealership hoping to find the right car, although the sales associate was very respectful and nice, i felt as though i was more pressured to buy a vehicle for a price that obviously wasn't w although the sales associate was very respectful and nice, i felt as though i was more pressured to buy a vehicle for a price that obviously wasn't worth the car. I dont know, i didnt feel that friendly/family atmosphere, the way i felt at Tysons HOnda dealership. After hours of test driving at Pohanka...and hours of negotiations, i ended up not buying the car and getting the exact one for cheaper at Tysons. Lession learned go up north for great service and family friendly employees More

Our overall experience was wonderful. Edward was very cooperative and answered any questions that we had about the car that we were buying. The finance manager, Don was very descriptive about all the paperwork that we went over and made sure to tell us the pros and cons about the different gap insurance packages we could get without going way over our budget. He also offered us different ResistAll packages that we could recieve as well as maintenence packages. Of course, the price could ALWAYS be better (sarcasm) but we are very satisfied with the monthly payments that we worked out with the dealership! We are long-time Honda owners with three different Hondas currently in the family. We wanted the Pilot and have been watching the reviews and ratings of this vehicle over the last two years. 2012 is the ye currently in the family. (We had purchased three vehicles from another Honda dealer but there has been a large turnover of staff over the past several years and a downturn in service. We preferred to find another dealer to work with.) We contacted Pohanka and specifically asked for Steve Smith. We were on a time crunch and he accomodated us with a lot of information and a test drive in a very short period of time. He also knew that we were going to visit another dealer to try another SUV to compare models, needs and prices. I told him I could not work with pushy salesman and he was very mindful of that. Several days later we called to say that we were 100% certain that the Pilot would fit our needs and budget. Not to mention all the amazing extras. Last night we went in to finalize everything. The staff (and I mean all the staff!) were amazing. No kidding! We were in the parking lot looking at an accessory we were considering and Tim came out and spoke with us. Realizing some of our concerns, he went in and got the Service Manager, Mike Fink, and they both came out to speak to us. This was above and beyond. Meanwhile, Steve was doing all the legwork, paperwork, organizing and deal-making for us. He was honest and up-front with us the whole time. Then we went to see Karen in finance. She was great with a smile on her face even though it was 9:30 at night. Even the guys in the parts department were friendly. We got an amazing deal (trust me), and more importantly, the assurance that we have found a fantastic dealer that we will gladly do business with again...and recommend to friends. After conducting research on-line, I knew I wanted a Honda Pilot in a particular trim line. I contacted Pohanka Honda's internet sales office and was put in touch with Ken Johnson. After confirming that the dealership had what I wanted, I drove down the next day, met with Ken and purchased the car since the first offered price was below the price I had already in mind. Since I had particluar needs (registration in a different state, mobility modifications, overseas shipment, etc) I was expecting to spend a lot of time at the dealership explaining what I needed and the reasons why. However, Ken became my advocate and did all of the required legwork to have the correct accessories installed, the registration done, and even picked me up from the train station so I could take delivery of the Pilot. All in all, a very pleasant experience with Phohanka Honda from start to finish and Ken did an excellent job. More

WOW! Just got back from there and so glad we found these guys. Bought a Volvo SUV(used) and it was by far the most pleasant car buying experience my wife and I have ever had (and we have purchased probably guys.
