I started searching for a new vehicle at the end of 2012 knowing I would not be ready to purchase until now. I came in back in January to test drive the 2013 Honda Pilot, we discussed the benefits of Honda and he kept in touch with me making sure all of my questions were answered. I actually called Isaac at one point saying I was no longer considering the Pilot because I wanted something larger but then my husband decided to look into a new car and we started spending time at the Honda dealership. While my husband was working out a deal on the 2013 Civic, I kept looking at the Pilot... Taking it on another test drive. Isaac sent me emails comparing the Pilot to other vehicles I was considering and the Pilot was beating the competition in all areas. The day my husband took delivery of his civic, which Isaac sold him, I decided I wanted the Pilot Touring. Fredericksburg Honda did not have the color I wanted in stock but this was no problem, Isaac made sure what I wanted would be on the lot when I got there to sign the papers. He worked out an outstanding price for this vehicle and I could not be happier! I know this vehicle will be reliable for my family and looks amazing inside and out. So, if you've done your homework and don't want to be subjected to the usual sales pitch, call this dealership and ask for Tamika Morefield. Tamika and her sales manager knew their product inside to be subjected to the usual sales pitch, call this dealership and ask for Tamika Morefield. Tamika and her sales manager knew their product inside and out and they answered all my questions (amazingly to me, others didn't -- they just tried to impress upon me how their cars would be gone if I didn't buy something right away). Then they DELIVERED the car to me in Northern Virginia for a test drive and to finalize the sale. Astonishingly good service at every turn (though as I write this I realize that its a bit sad we have all come to expect so little....). Buying a new-to-you car should be fun, and dealing with these folks to purchase my 2011 CRV was a great experience. Rebecca More
