Isaac did a great job of explaining all of the features of the 2013 Honda Accord Coupe. He answered every question and anticipated some of our questions based on our prior experience with Isaac and on pre of the 2013 Honda Accord Coupe. He was especially respectful of our time constraints, which allowed us to move through the initial review of features, the test drive and the sale piece very quickly. The car was clean and ready to go when we were finished with the financial phase. He even too the initiative to remove a special key fob from our main set of keys.
