My past experience with dealing with car dealers brought up feelings of anxiety but after speaking and dealing with Bruce I felt confident and relaxed shortly after. The overall experience with Bruce and pleasant atmosphere at Pohanka will surely make me a repeat customer! The selection of vehicles on site was much more than I had expected and the waiting area and vast service hours will work great around my work hours for when I need to stop in for my vehicle servicing. I found the perfect vehicle and the price was absolutely spot on! I didn't feel pressured at all like in the past.
