Very difficult to work with I did my homework on a car I wanted. Did my research and had firm prices from Tysons and Chantilly Honda. I wanted to by the car from Pohanka but th I did my homework on a car I wanted. Did my research and had firm prices from Tysons and Chantilly Honda. I wanted to by the car from Pohanka but they couldn't even come close. I showed them their advertised price but they insisted either the dealer didn't have the car or couldn't sell me the car at that price. Oh boy were they wrong. Justin at Chantilly Honda was absolutely great to work with, had the car I wanted in 2 days and no BS. I am very dissapointed with Pohanka and their inability to be flexible and competitive. I would like to do business in my home town but I will certainly drive 1 hour to get the same car at $1800 less. More

One of dealer ask me do you have price in written then i can match up but when i show them price he backed out. He simply say Pohanka can sell it because they got volume of sales. Terry is very good sales man, he is still in touch and keeping inquire about driving experience of my car and make sure that everything is alright. I told him I'm having one small issue he told me bring it over here, we will be happy to fix it. or take it to any near by dealer.
