But the financing department, once again, dropped the ball. WE were going to just write a check for the new car, ended splitting 50/50. We were there way too long for a simple process. The dealership itself seems a bit predatory with its over 2,000 dollar fees (including taxes, "dealership fees", etc.) just to lease a car -- none of which were negotiable unlike other dealerships. The wait time was long: 5+ hours (including test drive, negotiating, and paperwork). The financial manager seemed over his job and complained the whole time about being there past closing hours, which is understandable but not very professional. More
