They were also really patient with me after I decided to change a lease to a purchase. Juanita was my salesperson and she was wonderful. The finance manager, Tyler, definitely dealt with most of the trouble I created lol and he was extremely personable and patient despite all of my changes. Even the other employees were helpful. He makes sure that your properly heard and well attended at every step of your car buying process and even after you've purchased the car. What really impressed me was that even after I had bought the car and was taking it from the dealership, he specifically went over all the car features with me again to make sure I knew all of them well enough for proper usage. He followed up with me next day as well to check If I had any doubts. And I really appreciate that sort of customer service. More

There were no changes or games when we arrived at the dealership to buy the car. He is not aggressive or the hard-selling type, just honest and easy to deal with. Also, Santo in finance was wonderful to deal with - no games, no hard sell, just honest good service. The whole buying process did take 3.5 hours but this is pretty much typical, and our deal took a bit longer with a military out of state registration (PA) which Santo handled so the PA plates will just be mailed to me. Highly recommended dealership. More

I requested for a quote over the email and finally got an incredible deal from Pohanka Honda. I purchased a new honda civic 2016 EX-L trim with sensing package and I absolutely LOVE it! My experience at Pohanka was amazing.  Great and trustworthy dealership, neither sales nor the finance folks were pushy or trying to upsell. Im glad Alexandra Seaman was my sales consultant and she went above and beyond my expectations. All the pricing/numbers have been emailed to me and explained clearly. No games/tricks played.The entire purchase process was very smooth, She is very professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable with her and she was very knowledgeable about the Honda vehicles and products.
